The Signature - In Person
A transformative journey that combines Bodywork, Breathwork, and Kundalini Activation to restore flow and facilitate change in areas where the body has become stuck or stagnant.
Through somatic embodiment practices, focused touch, and channelled Prana Shakti, we release tension, restore energy circulation, and bring your nervous system back into balance and harmony. I always dedicate 2 hours for this journey to ensure it’s a complete and impactful experience.
BookThe Somatic Experience - In Person
A deeply experiential journey designed to allow time and space to go beneath the surface and into what is present in the body, whether that is anger, grief, guilt, shame, fear, numbness, or something else asking to be felt or expressed.
Through somatic exploration, bodywork, breath, movement, sound and embodied inquiry, we gently explore held emotions and protective patterns.
We close with Kundalini Activation, creating space for integration and allowing the energy to move and settle where it needs to.

A first session for new clients ready to experience the depth of this work. Kundalini Activation invites release, inner movement, and a deeper reconnection with the body, the heart, and what is ready to awaken.

A private, in-person transmission of Shakti Kundalini + non-dual energy.
We begin with a space for you to share about your spiritual journey, allowing me to understand where you are and how I can best support you.
Afterward, we’ll take time to reflect on your experience. I’ll share any intuitive guidance that comes through and provide integration practices to help you fully absorb and embody this energetic shift.
BookKundalini Activation Online
Shakti Kundalini flows beyond the limits of space and time. In an online session, the energy can be channelled just as powerfully, reaching you deeply and effectively. This is a 1-hour transmission, including time to drop in and ground before, and to integrate after.
